You think Phoenixwarrior would still be around if I had?
You probably couldn't ban other mods, so really you're stuck with me.
However, I should probably get back to being myself (I'm sick right now, thanks for asking guys):
Fuck you too.

Extra mods would be nice. especially in situations such as this.

I don't recommend myself however, since I'd probably get confused easily, mess something up, and bring the whole Overgrowth community crashing down.

Don't underestimate my ability to mess up.

You're already a mod.
I just gave up. The Spam Bots have eaten everything.

They don't eat they just puke their shit all over the forum and the preorderers are the janitors together with the mods.

I still see them as the bugs that eat everything.

No offense meant, but even as a joke, someone following a link in a spam post is nasty.

Is it weird that I find it disgusting, confusing & insulting that anyone might follow a link in a spam post? It's like imagining someone touching rotten stuff. A weirdly biological reaction.

I was completely joking, there is no way I'd touch any of the links that these posts advertise.

I know, you were just joking, but even so, there was this sense of revulsion. A digital taboo.

is this a bot that hasn't posted any spam yet? Maybe someone is just testing a bot, weird. Definately doesn't look human though.
neither does this guy
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=72296

not enough post data on this guy, but the website in his profile suggests he is simply trying to get clicks/crawlers.

It is possible to add nocrawl to user profiles? Never mind. user profiles require login. which is a good thing, and does the same job.

I thought so too, but I have a few Chinese friends who use social media mostly for language practice and they sound the same way.
As long as they just write non-offensive stuff and are no major nuisance, I'd say they are good. If they continue to post this way, maybe we could even point out that what they write is polite and all, but a tiny bit weird.

I have seen a post today waiting for approval that was nothing but a smiley face. That one I didn't let through. People should at least show some attempt to make conversation in their first post. In retrospect. I probably should have written an explanation going along with that disapproval.
