Maybe telescopes rotating? I'm not totally sure either, but IIRC this was recorded at an observational facility/facilities of some kind, so that's the only thing I can think of.

Cat mom hugs baby kitten.

I showed this video to my older sister and mother, when the kitten was twitching around like it as having a seizure they laughing out loud and then when the cat hugged the kitten they let out just about the loudest "awwwwwwww" I've ever heard.
