GaGrin, that is not shit, that is a real life account.

From what I know, The act of murder/seeing some one die/like wise tragic action releases some sort of hormone mixture in the brain. Hormones in a way are like a natural Drug produced in the human body.

Considering that, I there for believe it can be addictive.
the Fight and Flight hormones can cause you to defend yourself too well i may add as well.

and Judging by games realism today, yes, it could be a concerning problem.
We may end up with crazies who run around killing people like in there favorite MMO World or Charley Mansion.

we may have morons who pick up a knife and suddenly stab some one cause they did it in there game.

I don't say that gaming is bad, but as people said earlier, its the gamer behind the game.

You used to be cool colicedious...what happpened????I play violent games every single day. I'm crazy, but I'm fine. I know crazy people (not including me) who turned out fine. For example, my friend used to believe Dragon Ball Z was real in 4th grade and believed in santa the tooth fairy and all them's till 6th grade. Now in the summer to 8th grade, He is constantly trying to prove every single religion wrong and no longer believes in anything because in less then a year he became an atheist dick. No, I'm not saying atheists are dicks I'm saying HE is a dick. So he went from some guy who said freaky japan things in hopes to turn his hair yellow who if ever played halo would think that if he killed someone they would respawn, to a normal atheist jerk. Everyone gets a little less crazy. Including me.

I'm only slightly crazy, and that ain't the games fault. I'm just a nutter!

In a game, I try to kill as much as possible, and in some games I even feel sorry for whatever I kill. In real life, I would never kill anyone. And if I did accidentally then I would turn myself in.

Dude, that is the definition of shit talking.

For example, I just destroyed that guy in Halo, so I'm going to talk shit about him because he's a loser.

This is a real life account, I am not lying, I'm telling the truth. Does this mean that I'm not talking shit about this guy? Well obviously I would be.

Its rather hard the first time you kill anything, you even at times start viewing yourself as a monster. But if you keep up the flow of killing, like one of my friends did for his career, it can be addictive.
Y'know its shit-talking like this that gives gamers a bad name...

Just stop a moment and look at what you're saying. Now consider that people are worried that games/films/music are desensitising children to violence and crime.

See the issue yet?

But hey, if thats your view I'm not going to argue - I just want to point out that its that kind of talk that makes gamers seem disaffected.
See, why do you have to say that killing is really easy to do, and all this trash about my friend kills for a living and if you do it enough you get addicted and oh look you just killed someone and you feel bad like your a monster because you haven't got the flow of killing yet and, blah, blah, blah, totally "look at me I sound so wise" talk that everyone has heard before in a third rate movie.
