Just wait.

In a few months when we've all forgotten about this, I've going to go searching through my old files and dig it up, then we'll all lul.

hey! someone recognize him! w00t!

and now why wouldn't you not be able to take hobbes seriously? He's the most level-headed, classy, stylish, cool, and plain silly character i've ever known. NOw if it was CALVIN it's be a WHOLE other story. [ :/

I still have all the old books because C&H is second only to The Far Side, and possibly Boondocks.

I still think C&H is da best, followed closely by far side.... I just wish BIll Watterson still wrote, dam newspaper management....

I have several of the collections including the tenth anniversary one, which kind of was his goodbye

(sry 4 double post :/)

This is one of my favorite ones. I left out the throw away joke BTW

C: A penny for your thoughts?
H: Sorry. My thoughts are a buck a piece
C: A dollar! that's outrageous! Your thoughts aren't worth that!
H: This one is! At a dollar it's the bargain of a lifetime.
C: I wouldn't pay a nickle for any thought you've ever had in your entire flea-ridden existence!
H: That little remark just made the price ten dollars.
C: TEN! You can't extort me! Keep your stupid thought!
H: If you knew what it was, you'd beg to pay ten bucks for it.
C: C'mon. Just tell me what it is, will you?
H: Nothing doing pal.
C: Ok, Ok! I'll give you 25 cents. That's all I have.
H: Let's see it.
C: *hands him the money* HERE! 25 cens! Now what's this big expensive thought of yours?!
H: "A fool an his money are soon par--"
*last panel is them fighting*
