Corn is heavily subsidized in the US, resulting in a surplus of cheap corn. Since we have so much cheap corn, a lot of money goes into pushing Americans to eat more of it than they normally would, usually in the form of soda, candy, or corn-fed animals. Some believe that corn subsidies are almost entirely responsible for the obesity epidemic in the United States.

I'm not even going to click the link because I know it's a link to "Twist", and there are no lyrics to that song except the chorus, which goes "Twist, twist, twist, twist"..the rest of the song is improvised gibberish.

Also, you people are clearly too young because you are far too easily disgusted. That kind of joke is commonplace among guys.

I'm familiar with "Ye olde manly joke", I just don't see it as something you'd find on a civilized forum like this…

Well, mostly civilized anyway.

So because people like a certain type of joke they're uncivilised? How Holier-Than-Thou of you. Ass.

And invertin, if you weren't disgusted, don't go "Ew.."

You'd think that there'd be a reason behind jokes like that being classified as "Dirty Jokes", wouldn't you? If you like jokes like that, that's fine. But if you go around shouting them in court, a debate hall, or some other rather public place, you're definitely being uncivilized, don't you think?

Now this place is being called a civilized court room or a debate hall? The, "I'm going to england for a while ketchup thread vote yes/no if you want me to leave?" Seriously, some people forgot where they were I'm typing this post with one hand by the way.

Not quite a debate hall (Although it comes pretty damn close) but I hope we can expect standards here better than "Rub-a-dub-dub, let's get the grub".

Your arguments are becoming increasingly ridiculous. This forum is not like to a court room, so the connection you were trying to make is nonexistent. I'm just saying that if, in an informal conversation, that kind of joke disgusts or offends you, you are far too easily disgusted or offended since it's commonplace among people...well guys I suppose.

Well then, what would you describe this forum as? An alley full of hobos constantly arguing about who can piss the highest up the wall?
