I don't like it right now...because it requires OS X 10.4 to run...and I have 10.3.9...

If 3.0 is free I'm gonna be pissed because I bought my reg key like 2 months ago.

I wonder if this had anything to do with the sad lack of players buying toribash?

Actually it didn't; they just realized that all of the money to be made was in Toricredits which allowed you to customize your character. You can buy credits multiple times; you can only buy a reg key once. Good business sense, I say, and I'm glad to contribute to an indie developer, but it still kinda sucks that I basically blew 20 bucks.

I thought you got Toricredits from other things…

*sigh*

The day I found out about Toricredits will forever be known to me as "The day Toribash sucked"…

Seriously, they were talking about torso and joint colours like they were level 13 swords of pwnage in an MMO…

I disagree completely. Colors add much-needed variety to a game with pretty bland graphics. It also helps distinguish one player from another. You also earn credits by winning matches. It's just that when people buy credits, they make a ton of money.

No, no, I like the idea of player customization. I just don't like people talking about colours like they just got some new item in an MMO…

I hate any online game that lets you play for free but gives you the choice of paying for more stuff.

Sorry Hampy, you deserve the money, but I can't afford it... Plus, I don't want online <I saw Colicedus get banned and will never say sfaG.> to suddenly thin they are better than me because their parents gave them enough money to change colors.

Therefore, in version 3, I'll be earning my right to wear the beret, so to speak. This shouldn't be too hard, considering I'm quite good at toribash…
