MGS 1 and 3 are my favorites. I don't know what to make of 4, but from what critics who have played it are saying it sounds pretty good. Zone of the Enders 2 was awesome. So was Boktai. All in all, you can't really argue with a track record like Kojima's. Unless you're Shigeru Miyamoto.

You only played MGS for the first time a week ago?

Get out. Get out right now.

You should also download an MSX emulator and download Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2, the original Solid Snake games.

The NES version was a ripoff of the original MSX version.

I know but it was a little bit fun despite the small differences that made it easier like alarms and enemies not following across screens.

Then get playing.
And play MGS2 and MGS3 too.
And finish MGS with both endings.

And, while you're getting the PS2, get Devil May Cry. Should cost you about 5 dollars. Lol

And don't forget to snag Boktai and Zoktai while you're at it. They'll probably be in a bargain bin, piled in with the inappreciation and Hideo's self esteem.

If I ever get an actual GBA then I will try that. I see it cannot be emulated as it requires the sunlight sensor, and alas I do not have the funds to buy a GBA system.

Right now my OMFGMUSTTRAMPLEINFIDELSTOGETMGS! meter has dropped a bit, although I can't really understand why I wouldn't want to show The End just how pwnage Snake (And his clones) really are…

Freeze!

What? How did you…

Actually, seeing as you're very unlikely to find it for sale anyways, emulation is probably your best bet. It emulates fine, given all the sunlight patches for it. Not quite the same immersion as actually playing, but it'll suffice.

Oh...wtf?

Then that's not really doing anything for mister Kojima really is it because we're basically robbing his game? Lol

It's a moot point. Boktai sales outside of Japan are little more than a writeoff, which is why we never got Shintai ported here. It's the fault of all you peoples who didn't buy it immediately. Don't you trust Kojima? :(
