So i had this thought earlier...

When do people stop being n00bs?

I don't know I don't think there is a specific time, I still consider myself a n00b I'm not sure if I am or not.

i got my account yesterday...i think i'm still a noob.

A newb, also known as a newbie, is someone new to a game, forum, area, etc. I think that's what you're referencing =P A noob, nub, nab, n00b, or any other variant of the word refers to someone who just acts like a mentally deficient 6 year old with the emotional range of a bottle cap. This range includes flamers, ignorant retards, trolls, and the like. Once a noob, always a noob, I find.

As to your question of when you stop being a newb, I'd say after you've hung around a few months and gotten to know the community. (IMO veteran status, at the very earliest, when you've hung around a year.)

That's the point. Most of us aren't noobs. We're lucky enough to mostly have just some newbs and a bunch of veterans. And a few noobs, but they don't stick around long. Maybe the intelligence that's hanging around fries their brains.

I don't think I agree with that. But it's true that the super-n00bs only last for a short while..

Am i considered a noob?

Take away 'i think' and add 'and always will be' to the end of the sentence, change noob to newb, and then it will be true for all sentient or semi-sentient being on this forum with the exception of David.
