get a bunch of people to spy on her, bribe her friends, all that stuff. it helps a ton. than if it turns out she does like you than you can be all confrontational. ROFL works for me.

try pulling a small move first, like try holding her hand
if she lets you, wait about 10-15 minutes and try to get your arm around her and so on
if she doesn't let you, well then you have your answer, don't you?
she doesnt mind me hugging her...does that count?and im 14, so you should care about my problems because u said that you would

Zoidbergz, i gots a pretty good idea who your talking about, and just so now your under that same confusing feeling you get for about a week that makes you madly in love with some randomer that your probably not actually interested in, then i guess ill help you a little.

Asking her our for a movie is pretty weird since you two dont actually know each other THAT well and cause the closest cinima is like miles away so, i guess you could ask her to come out when your with a friend and then as a sudden idea somwhere along the line, you invite her in your house to watch a movie, if you tidy your room of course.
i say bring a friend so you dont get those akward scilences between you.

oh and no, hugs dont really count as a 'Im telling you i love you' moment

BUT the hilarious part was she felt so sorry for him that she said shed go out with him is if it was only for a week and they kept it a secret!
I find this hilarious since that's happened to one of my friends too. Except after 30 minutes she decided she didn't even want to go out for a week at all. Good times goooood times...

Oh and yeah I don't consider hugs to be a big deal either. I hug pretty much everyone I'm friends with and it's just a normal thing for me. I think the same way with stuff like holding hands too, nothing about it is really that important. To me kissing is the only actual way of showing affection, and none of that randomly in public for attention or making out drunk at a party crap either.

But anywho, if you don't know each other too well then there isn't as big of a risk if it goes badly, so I'd say just go for it. Don't be too direct about it though, just make more confident advances.

It is impossible. I'm not kidding. It's not possible to wake up on a day that doesn't exist. :P
