The first Fable was really fun, but I played it once and then I never played it again. I think Fallout 3 looks fun, especially from the gameplay footage I downloaded on XBox Live. It shows you detonating this bomb off in the distance and a big mushroom cloud billowing up. Savage.

No, you suck at SAVING, not "You should get a job". If you spend all your money on a game as soon as you get enough money for it, you should stop buying so many games and go play something open source. That way, when something awesome like Fallout 3 or whatever tickles your fancy at the time comes out or you come across one you haven't seen before, you'll have the money to buy it already.

Or you could stop telling him how to spend his money and let him spend it however the hell he wants. There was obviously other things already that he wanted to spend money on and he clearly spent it on those things. Money doesn't grow on trees.

i ended up getting fallout off of trade ins...got like $40 off of Dead Space b/c of a promotion that gave me 20% more store credit towards Fallout 3/Fable 2/whatever

the game is freaking epic
take oblivion
and fix everything but the stupid looking running animations
and add guns
and a cool vats system
and an even BETTER storyline
and the most beautiful wasteland you will ever see
and you have Fallout 3

Fable 2 is AWESOME!!!!!

The story line is kinda disapointing and simple but the gameplay is great, so much detail gone into that game, but i guess i could say that about any game nowadays.
Its so much fun to play and alot of the ideas (not including the story) are really awesome, and the dog is cool too.

I've already decided on Fallout because I like Morrowind more than Fable and Morrowind + Guns = Badass. What I'm trying to decide on is if I should go ahead and get it for PC now, or wait til Christmas and get it for a 360. Only problem is that my computer is actually a laptop (my desktop is worse for games, made Half Life 2 explode) and that I'm not sure if it could handle the graphics. I have no idea what the specifics are for it and I don't know or care enough to try and find out, so I'll use this as an example. The only way I can play Bioshock on it is by putting it on lowest detail (in other words, looks like the little sisters used the big daddies as toilet paper) and that just barely isn't laggy enough for me to play it. So anyone know if Fallout would be too much.

Only Fable 2 right now, but Fallout 3 later maybe.

I liked Fallout 3 a lot, but didn't really enjoy Fable 2. It feels like it actually has less stuff than the first one: less character customization, less magic, less specialization. It has better graphics and voice acting, but that is about it.
