Alright, in the interest of international standards, let's see if we can sort this out.
So let's see... 9,000 inches/rainfall... divide by 0.254... carry the 3... that gets you 84 span, 1 cubit by volume... so that's 17 Hands, 11 Fingers, Whitworth scale... subset for
n...so that's 21,000 Troy ounces per Rod, or "fathom"...
I come up with 21 Hectares to the Bushel, or "Metric Tonne/hour" as you might call it.
No problem, always happy to help.
Not sure about that base number, though; that seems high.

That explains a lot... it seems that normal people have a variable number of fingers depending on what they're counting - 12, 3, etc - very handy. Myself, I'm stuck with 10 all day every day...
