As a fan-made thing? There was a comic made by Vib-Rib (who appeared out of nowhere last month, made one post, and disappeared) but I don't know about making an actual animated thing... perhaps if you find someone who knows Flash...

Ehhh.... it depends who makes it, writes it, and animates it. it could be freaking awesome, or it could be a car crash of a show. 7/10 for you're idea.
