I'm all for instrumental music. It's especially cool when I find threads like this in non-music related forums. So much diversity in tastes - I always find something really good.

I'm totally blown away by Ronald Jenkees - what a talent.

Here one for the metalheads. It's from the last Keith Merrow's album:

Fingerstyle guitarists. The gods of all instrumental music.

Holy shit. That's really good.
I didn't quite read your post, just bumped right in to the video, and when the electric guitar and drums kicked in at 0:20, I was stuck. I'll go look this guy up, I want more.

I've found one of the coolest channels on Youtube, dedicated to the drum n' bass genre.
It has mostly great songs, but some of them are sadly infected with mediocre rappers and annoying lyrics. Keep an eye out.

(2:30 and onwards, awesome)

This almost makes me want to go back to playing saxophone ... almost.

I've lately found fast drum n' bass techno to be monstrously good.
The music producer "Renard" is a fucking genius.

I get chills from the part after 1:17.

I'm an older music kind of guy, and these are some of my favorites:

I'm also a huge fan of the Castelvania: Symphony of the Night soundtrack.
Actually did a remix of my favorite from the game a few years back:
http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/97645

I really like Newgrounds for audio because all the stuff on there is usually free to use. Also, their techno and trance sections are chalk full of bad ass tunes. And they have a whole genre for video game music. If I put any music together, it usually ends up there.
Oh and I can't forget this one:

Reminds me so much of this:

Wait for 0:40 and you'll know what I mean. Gets even better at 0:55.

Pretty damn good song, gets boring after a while though, since there's no real change in the tune, but it's still good.

I've noticed a lack of Instrumental Metal music in this thread, aside from Rush and that Youtube wonder Keith Merrow. About time we fix that, here's another Youtube wonder.

A genius, by the way.
I instantly thought of posting it here when I heard it, didn't even complete the whole song.

Want more? Oh, there's more.
Lots,
Lots,
More.

Yeah, well I was mostly referring to, like, the last page.
I have been following the thread so I am aware that there are some on the old pages, but this one needed some new material.

Rush isn't metal. Wouldn't you say?

Also, this:
