Halo Reach

Post by Blorx » Sun Jun 14, 2009 10:32 pm

I don't understand...wasn't Halo supposed to be a trilogy?
I'm completely fine with ODST. It looks cool and the storyline looks pretty awesome to play through. Not to mention, I wanna try out firefight.

I would be fine with Reach, but lack of details is really confusing me. All I know is that the MP beta comes with ODST preorders.

Anyone know anything?

It's called franchise milking. As long as there is a steady stream of foul-mouthed 12-year-olds ready to buy anything with the word 'Halo' on it, there will be more Halo things, regardless of quality or even plot sense.

:| Yay profit.

I do so wish that companies would have the dignity to not do this.

Secretly they're trying to start a third world war between all the fanboys about which exclusives are better. Look out for these titles sometime late fall- LittleBigPlanet 2, Super Smash Brothers Mega-Brawl, and Halo 4: Master Chief's Bathroom.

I could see Snake choking a nurse with a cane. "WHERE'S MY SCIATICA MEDICATION!?!" he yells out as a guard comes in, and then turns around and starts beating the shit out of the guard with his cane, eventually impaling him with it.

Snake. The most bad-ass 80 year old guy on the planet.

I don't have a problem with there being another Halo game. I thoroughly enjoy the Halo series.

Then again, i'm easily pleased. I do think the Halo series is superior to the COD series, though. I think they're the two best FPS series out there.

I wouldn't mind if they weren't drawing attention away from more deserving games and game developers.
