Unfortunately, you can't create a game a just be the "designer". You have to learn to program it as well; you can't just expect everyone else to do it for you.

Check out Adobe Flash if you want to be able to create 2d games, or try jumping right in with Nehe Tutorials on openGL if you want to go straight to 3d.

kinda had this conversation with him on irc, hes only 13 doesnt seem to want to listen much either. he'll learn soon though.

That's why I want to hire a team who will do that for me. OK? Who is willing to do that for me.

Not if it's voluntary. If it is he's supposed to mention that, though, I believe.
