yeah, i have tried Leawo Video Converter, it works great.

I think the best option for you is to use a Blaze Media Pro software or the Sorenson Squeeze Compression Suite 4.5 for compressing any kind of video file...I have used both of them and they are completely awesome.

Use RealPlayer Converter. It's good.
