That's kind of what I wanted to know @Blorx; from your description, it just sounded like a game full of big worlds that you just walk around in. I can understand having fun playing a puzzle game full of big worlds you can walk in , but from your OP and the site's description it really just seemed like an 'exploration' thing

If you want other examples of adventure games, look at R.H.E.M., Bad Milk, the Monkey Island series, the Sam and Max games, Day of the Tentacle, Full Throttle, Beneath a Steel Sky, etc. Those are true adventure games. Personally, I love the challenging puzzles of the games, often with little imposing a threat of death upon you. They're about observation and exploration. That's how true adventure games are.

I've underlined the games which I have played in your post, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed, but the difference between those games and Myst is SHIT HAPPENS IN THEM. I can't remember which episode of Zero Punctuation addressed games in which SHIT DOESN'T FUCKING HAPPEN, but if I find it I will post it and have him provide my points in wittier language.

I played one Myst game. I found a puzzle. Figured out very fast that I had to do that later, wandered around, got lost in an outhouse, and gave up.

Pretty areas at least.

But this is a MMORPG that people can make stuff for. So I'm expecting some really crazy stuff.
