An addition must be made! Although I think somewhere in the Wolfire agreement terms when you sign up for an account it says you are not allowed to advertise. Maybe not. I do know it says that nudity isn't allowed, so that "tasteful modelling" in the Jeff thread is against the rules whether you call it porn or "tasteful modelling."

You do realize that the types of people who are going to be advertising in this way aren't going to be the ones following or even looking at a rules list.

I think the informal rule here for shameless advertising was: It is ok as long as there is shameless advertising for Wolfire on the other forum/blog/site, too. I doubt, that this is the case here.
