I just got flash, is possible to make flash movies into your avatar?

I do not believe you can have .swf avatars on phpBB.

You can't have .swf files.
But you could convert the swf into a gif (which will work).
I think at export (I've also got Flash (MX 2004)) there is an option to export it as a gif animation. Maybe im wrong.
