I was going to find a picture of myself having just woken up, but my bathrobe rather than looking like the torn old thing it is, decided instead to appear to be a plaid dinner jacket. Needless to say that will not do, dinner jackets are not to be worn to bed. (neither are bathrobes for that matter)

only lose weight

i make never an diet (diet make everything difficult for your body dont try it out)
i make never sport (sport is fine but for me it is waste of time .imean i make sport like thinks when i work.and at home i relax ^^)
i eat normaly (3 times a day)
i work 10 hours a day outside in the nature 5 days in a week
i use an weighing machine with 2 numbers after the ,
i writing every day my weight in an exel tabel (open office)
an make statistics
i make an food tabele in exel with ingredient and stuff
i writing kcal,suggar and fat in it and when any stuff has more than 150kcal in 100 g (gram)
then i use only 1/3 from it in my recipes (yes i am cooking the last 7 years) (as an hobby ^^ )
i only roast only with öl that has Omega 3 and 6 in them
i use only for hamburgers cow tatar and normal bread not milkbread
pizza i use my recipes or "wagner lactose free" this 2 pizzas are very fet free and delicate
i only use milk with 0,1% or 0,3 % fett (its taste the fucking same -.-" )
drink only 0 kcal,0 fet and 0 suggar drinks ^^ like "lipton Ice tea peach NO SUGAR" (i hate water,acidic is bad for the tooth and caffeine is bad for the brain)
i dont eat anything after 8 in the evenings

a good motivation for me was .......... finaly find an woman that i find handsome
that not think i am ugly...... that push me for years ........ and then i instantiate that every woman every time wants an parnet that is more handsome than they are...... i hate the old social rolls of men and women
