I think it's because he looks like a cross between a guy I know in real life... And Ron Weasley.

I've never much liked California, too many ignorant tourists come from there, and I'm just generally biased against the place.

Alaska just sounds so fucking cold ... and i don't think i could survive a -20 degree temperature for 6 months of the year

Re: Member photos
it's not -20 degree weather for six months of the year, you have to remember the fact that alaska is rather large, and therefore covers a large area and has a variance in temperatures. true it snows here, true it's cold in winter, it doesn't always get down below zero though, and winter very rarely lasts six months. summers can be anywhere between sixty and ninety degrees on sunny days, but again Alaska's large, so that's just for Anchorage that I'm talking about. the idea that we live in some kind of freezing cold place covered in snow and igloos the majority of the time is a ridiculous idea.

Well, fuck, then. I'm getting sick of the warm California weather, and was considering moving north to colder climes.Count Roland wrote:the idea that we live in some kind of freezing cold place covered in snow and igloos the majority of the time is a ridiculous idea.
Actually, the weather hasn't been too bad in Berkeley so far, but I'd rather live somewhere where it snows during winter.

Alaska is further north than Nebraska is and we can below 0 degrees all the time in the winter and up to around 100 degrees in July ...
(i remember trying to shingle a roof on a 98 degree summer day ... it sucked)
So I want to go somewhere where the temperature never goes below 40 degrees and never goes above 85 degrees ..

Why didn't you upload the bigger version? The Forum resizes it automaticly.
Oh, and should I High-five you for being up late or early? Atleast on my part, it's late.

I see. Well, as long as it doesn't go completely wacko, Green or something.
Staying up all night has gone harch on me, so I'm off to bed. See ya in six to seven hours.
