It is not only that you resize them.
Simple designs can easily be recreated in Illustrator.
With Illustrators vector format, the images can be resized as you'd like, since it calculates how the lines are being drawn and can just add the math to the bigger lines.
That heart, and those cats, on the other hand, can not simply be created in Illustrator.

so, you say there is no way to get those 2 designs?
EDIT: is there at least a way to get the equation of the cat's one? I really don't know how to write those physics symbols

Now I have a question, I'm going to buy 1 of those shirts, which one is the hardest one to get? I mean, to resize and that kind of stuff? the heart one? the cat one? the god made light one? or maybe the yo-yo one? I forgot the link. here it is

I'm only going to buy 1!!! ONE SINGLE SHIRT, and recreate the other ones.
So, I'll buy the hardest one to recreate.
And I'm still wondering, is there a way to get that equation?

I see. Well, I'd say that the Heart would be the hardest one to recreate.
And about that a / b equation. I don't thing there is a single character for it, however, looking up some equations on wikipedia I found this:
...which you can probably extract it from, or you could just use paint or another program to recreate in the proper size.

Edit: ok, I'm about to buy the shirt. just one more question about the cat equation one, can you take a screenshot and make the letters smooth again? I'm pretty sure if I just resize it its gonna be totally pixeled

That is classic. 
cachiporrin, to resize it, you probably need to recreate it.
To invert the colors... you could just invert the colors.
Open it in MSPaint (or another corresponding program), fill the background with Red color (or whatever, just not Black or White), fill the entire guy and the arrow with White color, and then fill the background with Black color. Done. Save. Use.

You can just enter the formula at the top, rightclick the GIF it throws at you and choose "Save Image as...". Then reupload. Edit: Optionally, make white 0% alpha and crop appropriately.

Yea i thought about that, but i thought that it might be too small for his shirt ... if he saves it as a PDF it vectorizes it making it easily scalable (particularly bigger) ...

I often use that site as a quick tool for solving differential equations ... its a pretty nice site to have if you don't have a complex calculator on hand or maple, matlab, etc installed ...
