Any Web Designers/Programmers Out There?

Oh hey.

I'm planning on making a website very similar to http://www.thecontentauthority.com. It's basically a website where people can place orders for articles to be written. These articles will then go on their website, or anywhere else they want them. Once they submit their order, the titles go into a database. This database can be viewed by the writers of the website. They can claim a title, and begin working on it. They have 8 hours to write the article after it has been claimed, or else the title goes back into the database. Once they finish writing, they submit the article to editors, which then submit the articles to the customers.

How much would it cost for this kind of a website? I would design it myself, but I mainly use wordpress. I think something like this is a little too complicated for wordpress, although I might be wrong. What do you guys think?

I can't do the web dev thing, I'm just wondering what's wrong with the existing site.

Well there's nothing wrong with the website. In fact, it's a genius idea. I could do it better, though. I want to make a better version that makes more money, that's all! The only thing stopping me is the programming, which is a pretty big obstacle.
