Dwarf Fortress Introduction/Tutorial/LP

Considering the hate for Dorfs in these forums I decided to venture on a complex mission of converting all of you elves to alcohol drinking and bloodshedding dwarfs.
I am starting a dwarf fortress succession game.
Go here to know what it is(and some basics): Boatmurdered intro
No texture packs will be used because I want your eyes to suffer.
Each turn will be 1 week or less if the guy running the game wants to give up soon and anyone who wants to participate can PM me.
The goal would be to make the fortress last for 100 years.
