dont you think it will be kinda cool if in one of the alphas they added the original turner from lugaru as a playable character.

Well considering Turner is going to be the main character of Overgrowth I think it's kinda likely they'll add him at some point.

I think the key point is the original Turner from Lugaru, i.e. the low-poly, low-res, N64-era Turner, not the new fancy one that we've seen in the alphas. He's not nearly up to OG's graphical standards, but he could make an interesting "Easter egg". If somebody has the *.blend file, it should be easy enough to mod him into a level.

Well I found Turner's file, but it is a .solid file and i am not sure how to import that into blender, if anyone has any ideas, i am open to suggestions.

You could try using rudel_ic's excellent import/export scripts, although you may have to downgrade Blender to 2.49 to get them to work as the scripting API has had a few big changes.

2.49 scripts will not work in 2.5. Generally speaking,
