Creating Os Process Problem PLEASE HELP!

Hello everyone,
I'm having issues with launching Overgrowth, strait after i try to launch the game it comes up with this command screen, and it says "Creating Os Process" then it just doesnt do anything, can someone please help me fix this. also, im not so good with computers and i dont know what they mean in this Topic: viewtopic.php?p=166172#p166172 if someone would be kind enough to explain this to me in an easier form i would be more than happy. Thanks

Once you download that file, put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Wolfire\Overgrowth after that, just double click the file instead of running the normal overgrowth.exe

Actually there is a better fix out now.

After you download this fix you have to extract it into folder where you installed your Overgrowth.

Getting the same issue here on Linux Mint 12. I downloaded and installed a178 a while ago, then updated to 181 via SUMlauncher.
