How did you find out about Overgrowth?

I was looking up different game options for Linux and found Icculus(didn't know who he was at the time) doing a speech on gaming in Linux. In the speech he mentioned the Humble Bundle and the fact that Lugaru was going open source. I had never heard of either, and HIB2 had just ended by the time I saw this, but I still got to play Lugaru because it's open(Awesome!) Lugaru's awesome fight mechanics and the fact that you guys support Linux made me an instant fan of Wolfire. In fact, I even bought Lugaru after having beat it just as a way to support the devs, well, and because it is great. I have bought every Humble Bundle since, and as long as you support my platform, I will keep buying any game you make. Thanks for this jewel, and I can't wait for the final product.

I heard of it on you tube late 2010, or early 2011. I took a good look and did some research, and it was an indie game made by 5 ppl with top notch graphics, realistic physics engines and damage systems It looked like a game that was being created by 20 people or so. I was happy that there are good people out there willing to make good quality games because it's their passion. I'm 13... My role model is David Rosen. I want to be an indie developer/creative director

I tend to troll PC Gamer for new and exciting betas, alphas and demos and happened to see Overgrowth. The concept seemed better than most I've seen for 30 bucks so I figured why not? It's worth investing in games like this. Plus I get to play it!

Same here. Looked a bit weird at first but I was intrigued.

I found out about it when i was on youtube and looking at this game review guy. he was reviewing overgrowth, it looked so fun so i tryed to get it. i payed 25$ but there was a wait. it was about a week and i thought all hope was lost and i just wasted 25$. But i got the email and got it. i still am playing it to this day.

I saw the article on PCgamer.com yesterday and HAD to buy it right away! I thought it looked alot like Lugaru and love that game. After visiting the site and finding out its the same guys and a spiritual sequel to Lugaru I bout it instantly. This is gonna be a good one, cant wait for the alpha to finish so i can try it out!
