Have you tried experimenting with the quality settings? There's whole range of radio buttons just for that. I'm not code-savvy, so if that doesn't help you'll have to wait for someone cleverererer to come alone.

First, though, try them quality buttons.

D: I lag quite a lot! It's not very much FPS lag, more input lag(mouse & keyboard). It also happens when I use dynamic shadows on overgrowth, but I expect that to happen.

Is there any way to get it to run better? It lags on the "fastest" setting on the unity launcher.
I can also run Overgrowth fine at a solid ~60fps with baked shadows, and Receiver looks a lot less intensive than Overgowth D:

I hope progress is still being made on this awesome game, I fell in love with it when the first build came out.
You have my support, Wolfire!

I was playing earlier today and I just thought of a great idea that might be able to be implemented (just throwing out a suggestion) : Humans and a health bar :D

Are you still expanding this game? More weapons/enemies, updated textures instead of gray/black. This game could get popular

You die with one shot. Not much point in a bar. Besides, the obnoxiousness a bar would cause would pull people out of the mood the game creates.

Got Receiver to work under Linux through Wine. The instructions and playonlinux script are here: http://tinker.kotaweaver.com/blog/?p=223

By the way, absolutely amazing game!! It's really a lot of fun, though It's incredibly difficult.

Receiver installs fine, but when I start it, it just crashes. I'll wait until the official Linux version.

This is my absolute favorite game of all time, this is exactly what i have been looking for. I really hope you will keep updating the game with new guns, features, enemies and maybe even map types? I would also like to wish some sort of coop or multiplayer, but that may not go well with the game. Also, hostage taking, if you implement "human-like" enemies, would be a nice feature. Thanks for the best game ever! :D

It's a pitty, that the game is so unfinished. I hope that you find the time to polish the game some more. The most disturbing bug is in my oppinion that the gun mechanics aren't fully correct, while this is such a vital part of the game.
It's nice that preorderer got a copy of your game for free, but I have to say that I would have been disappointed with the current shape of the game, when I would have spend actually 5 bucks on it.
Regards

A revolver? Damn that would be cool. You could pick up single bullets and need no mags. And you could find a speed loader.
