How did you find out about Overgrowth?

I originally heard of overgrowth through a gaming forum. I was immediately taken with the technology behind it which was pretty innovative at the time I think. I eventually decided to buy the game to support the developers after learning more about the people who made it! Even though it's still a beta I don't regret my purchase and that's something I rarely have the luxury of saying.

I actually found out about Overgrowth from my favourite Youtuber - Nerdcubed, or Dan. I thought the idea of this game was so original, so Fantastic. Anyway, I really am not surprised at the recent up in downloads of this game, simply because it is one of the best games ever.

I remember playing a demo of Lugaru from a PC Format CD. I just remembered the name of the game recently. At the time I was trying to build my own game. I watched some youtube videos about games from the blender game engine and I came across Overgrowth, and after all these years I finally got the game. I can't wait for the full published game to come out.

found it on steam greenlight from looking at the Receiver. found a youtube video for the game and boom I was hoked agian.

I had purchased Receiver a couple weeks after its release on steam, which then after playing for a while I decided to see if there were any mods for it, and I found out that the makers were making some other games, and after hearing about it and watching some videos, I was convinced.

I was always a massive Lugaru fan and had heard that they were going to release another game similar to it but i finally found out when NerdCubed did his Indie Game review on it.

About a year ago, I found the Humble Indie Bundle 5, and started watching the Humble Bundle videos, which led me to Overgrowth videos, I thought it was a pretty cool game and after a few months I decided to buy it =)

got a bundle with Lugaru in it back in 2010,
played it around christmas, had some issues with resolution, so I went to the wolfire site, and saw the add, finally got it tho.
