Re: Secret Preorder Forum!
Jesus would have been hard had I not been playing on the Piece Of Cake difficulty as opposed to Game Over.
Re: Secret Preorder Forum!
(Game Over Difficulty: Also known as Falcon Punch'd, Shoop da woop'd, or OVER 9000!)

Re: Secret Preorder Forum!
An actually semi-serious suggestion as far as difficulty is concerned: have a difficulty where all of the enemies are alerted as soon as you enter the map, always know where you are, and never stop trying to chase you down. For bonus points, give the player a really garish costume or something.
If you can find a way to work in resurrecting enemies (i.e. you can only temporarily knock enemies out) on the maps where the goal isn't to kill everyone, that'd be good too.

This idea makes little children cry. ):Derakon wrote:...have a difficulty where all of the enemies are alerted as soon as you enter the map, always know where you are, and never stop trying to chase you down.
I'm not good enough at this game to do that.

You don't have to be. Haven't you ever heard of using debug and the I key?Renegade_Turner wrote:This idea makes little children cry. ):Derakon wrote:...have a difficulty where all of the enemies are alerted as soon as you enter the map, always know where you are, and never stop trying to chase you down.

Seriously though, one of the things I always wanted in Lugaru was A) Multiplayer and B) Multiplayer and debug. It would be so insanely awesome if the two were combined.
Speaking of which, were there any games that actually had an awesome debug and multiplayer in one, giving power to people on both ends?

I don't think you'd be able to debug during a game, but you should definitely be able to change whatever settings you want before the game.Viking Zippy wrote:Seriously though, one of the things I always wanted in Lugaru was A) Multiplayer and B) Multiplayer and debug. Re: Secret Preorder Forum!
It'd just turn into a quick-draw game for whoever presses first as soon as you're in range...
Re: Secret Preorder Forum!
I don't think it'd really make sense to be competitive against anonymous opponents with debug mode on. It'd be more useful for experimenting, playing around, and the like. Cooperative level-building, for example. Or trying to race to see who can set everything on fire fastest.
