That was definitely written by some kid (Either a non-native English speaker, or an American).

Because of this, his/her (probably a dude too) sense of context, idea of what quality is, etc, is unlikely to be very well developed.

Therefore, constructive criticism, and refraining from excessive harshness, is probably best.
