im not sure if its god enough, i have i7 , nvidia gtx 660m and i sometimes get lag so have a look if someone has put a youtube video on with your specs . good luck !

my pc specs are worse than that, and mine only drops below around 20 fps on maps with loads of grass (or AI, or corpses, or objects)

I usually turn off pre-baked shadows in the SUMlauncher, which improves performance, but I'm not sure.... :|
Are you sure about this?
As far as I know turning pre-baked shadows of means that the game will use dynamic shadows. And I find it hard to believe that this can be beneficial to your performance.
