A199 problem: All characters are invisible

I've just updated to alpha 199, and am having a really strange problem. When I load up any map, everything will go as it's supposed to and the game will work like normal, except that ever character is invisible, including Turner or whatever character I'm playing as. The weapons they are holding are not, and they seem to be able to run around and fight and do everything normally... I just can't see them at all.

I am pretty sure that someone else had this problem and found a fix for it.
I'll have to get going and won't be able to check the forums for an hour or so, but the search and the a199 thread might be good options to start.
