Yes, as I said, this has happened over multiple versions, reinstalls, and reboots.

On a serious note, you've given no information to go on. I probably wouldn't know the answer, but someone might if they had more information.

So I got an entirely new computer that runs all my games flawlessly and tried again. I get the exact same error. Clearly, it was not my old computer's fault.
