1920x1080 Resolutions Not Displayig fully

When I set the resolution to 1920x1080 the game has this over scanning issues it seems where I cant the see the whole display on my screen. At 1280x720 I can see the whole screen just fine but atr 1920x1080 I cant. Any inputs?
