LowLightCombat on pre-ordering Overgrowth from steam

Hi everyone. I realised that I don't have LLC. I will not be receiving LLC if I Pre-Ordered the game from Steam right (Which I did)? Or is it available on all type of Pre-Orders?

Ah! Sorry I did miss the topic.I thought only preorderers who bought it directly from Wolflire receive it on their mail. So I was just making sure if I was eligible or not. :D
