Is receiver only free if you buy overgrowth from steam

Got overgrowth from humble monthly early release and noticed on the store page on steam that you can get a free copy of receiver when purchasing directly from steam. Only curious if it's possible to get the free copy on steam or if there's another way to play it.

After doing a small portion of research I realized receiver is only free as a bundle if you purchase overgrowth directly from the steam store, and it isn't included alongside overgrowth in any humble bundle offers.

You get Receiver if you buy Overgrowth by itself on the Humble store.
If you buy a game bundle that includes Overgrowth, such as the Humble Monthly Bundle, you do not get Receiver for free.
