So this one's easily reproducible (did a search and it doesn't appear to have come up, apologies if this is known):
While hanging from a ledge, hit Z to ragdoll. When you're on the ground, try wallrunning up the wall.
For extra comedic value, run off to a faraway wall to do your wallrun.
Basically, for some reason, the player's position appears to be stored at the ledge when ragdoll is initiated (though this doesn't occur with any other circumstance). Once you do a wallrun, you're teleported right back to your last hanging position.
