That's pretty damn epic.

...though I didn't know rabbits had gunpowder technology. :P

Maybe it's a rat in the tower.

Here is a preview of my next project

It is basecly how i make my OG terrains with L3DT.
I am planning to finish this terrain and then somehow edit all my timelapse videos into nice tutorial style video so everyone who wants to make terrains for OG can learn it from there.

Very interesting last, thanks!
A tutorial on the final import into OG would be fantastic, it seems to me that it should also be possible to sculpt the landscape in blender, which would be my preferred choice :)

First map, mainly just for shape and jumping around in a castle-like environment. It's scalable too

I remade the first four challenges in Lugaru.
This is compatible with Anton's Main Menu mod, you just need to have it installed before you install these challenges.

ImageImage
ImageImage
Includes four levels, shadow maps, ambient occlusion maps, navigation meshes, converted textures and a few custom objects and one custom texture.

Download
Extract the .zip file to your main Overgrowth folder (Usually located at C:\Program Files\Wolfire\Overgrowth\)

All feedback is appreciated!

Oh man!!! These are sweet!!! I will play them over and over (again...)

My one concern is that your link isn't quite right... it should be something like: http://ogmods.antonriehl.com/downloads/ ... lenges.zip

I will be adding these maps to the main menu mod very very soon as a permanent addition!

(And for those of you that don't know already, I've made a site where you can host your mods for OG, http://ogmods.antonriehl.com ... that way, no mediafire and the like...)

The plan is to add those in the future for all maps... I just haven't had time to make them all for all the different maps... Once I do, I'll include it in an update. (I might be able to crowd source this too, if people want to help...)

(Oh, and happy to host! :) )

Aesops Challenge

Post by adwuga » Mon Oct 10, 2011 1:47 pm

I release: Aesop's Challenge (one of my cats is named Aesop)

The story is: Actually there is none. The colors are completely random, and have no meaning of clanship or brotherhood or such.

Your goal: Get to the ground without dying(or cheating using a debug key). The ground is the large, tan block below you, not the actual ground.

Pictures:

This is where you start, shown in the previous picture.

If you read the little picture captions, or saw the first picture, you will know that this is very computer intensive. If you have a good computer, however, it should run fine, like it does on my desktop.

The File:
AesopsChallenge.xml
If it gives you an error, it is completely your fault.

Do well with this. Especially you, Anton.
