Just upload & post the model, description and image here in this thread and Anton will add it to the Community Content Browser, yes. This will take some weeks, but it is the only way at the moment. A better system is planed, but not ready yet.

People that really want to use it can install it manually. But yea, most people will wait until it is in the CCB, everybody is lazy

This weapon looks great, there is one last thing I would point out to make it complete, and that is to change the throwing animation somehow to the two handed throw used for the two handed sword for instance. Right now the weapon is just thrown with one hand, so it's very weak.

Do you use SUMLauncher? You can install this weapon from there, and it will show up in the community content tab, which you can then load into any map.
