Now that my Overgrowth was finally working, I decided to make a character I wanted in Overgrowth for a while: Mario! I made it once I got home from school, and thought it was so great, I should share it with everyone!
Have fun with the character! Also, if someone could put some Mario jump animations on it, that would be awesome!
This is just a start; I would really like an ACTUAL Mario to play as someday, but this will do.
Tell me what you think of this.. It's my first time actually making something for the community

Re: NEW 8 BIT MARIO CHARACTER :D
if you want to make it specific to your character then you're going to have to make a full character, not just using the OG editor. just put this file in your jump.xml file (I think that's the right one)
I haven't tested the animation yet, cause I don't have any time. but tell me if it works ok, if not i'll see if I can sort it soon

Woah, you actually made the animation! Thank you! Ok, so.... I have absolutely no idea where to find jump.xml

Re: NEW 8 BIT MARIO CHARACTER :D
It's either in the jump or movement.xml's. I'm on my phone in a pub at the minute, so I can't be certain.
I'll work it out when I get back.
They should both be in the "animations" folder. Those files are quite fun to mess around with actually
Confirmed:
Place in the "jump.xml" file and replace the top animation path

Thank you! I see a lot of fun potential in this! You really didn't have to do this, but I'm VERY glad you did!
