Blender Rigging Help

Hi, I've been trying to rig a cat character from a Smite to fit into OG, but I'm having a little trouble.

So far, I've imported the mesh and aligned some bones in edit mode. But for some reason when I go into pose or object mode, the skeleton changes back to the default position for the catrig.

Here's the file I've been working on, it's the catrig.blend file where I've deleted the cat mesh and added this one. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I'll check out the file, see whats up, and see if I can find the problem.

So a problem that I see is, you scaled the rig to the model instead of scaling the model to the rig. You can't scale the rig or it probably wont work.
Here is a fix, I scaled down the model, applied the rig to the models proportions and assigned the rig to the model. I didn't skin it, it's using auto skinning. You will probably want to take the time and fix the skinning errors yourself, I also dont want to do everything for you since it's your project and such. :P

As for the original problem, my guess is that you were either editing the rig while it was in pose mode. or it was because you scaled the rig. Not 100% sure though.

Hey akazi, I've skinned basically all the bones, would you mind having a look? There is only a couple of things I'm not sure about.

1. I don't know what to do with the little cape piece on the back. It'd be best if it was rotated towards the back to fit instead of flapping out.

2. I'm not sure if I've textured it correctly, it looks a little bleached in the rendered view.
