Lugaru Co-Op Campaign [MOD]

I was playing Lugaru campaign with my bro and it got kinda' annoying having to load in a second character over and over again for each level. So using the new mod formatting I've created a bunch of levels that when activated replace the original levels for the complete Lugaru campaign in Co-op mode... no more pesky character loading.

The game now loads every Lugaru level with Fiver as player 2. I've altered a few of the dialogues so that Fiver is referenced and isn't completely ignored, but he isn't included as a dialogue participant, so that player 2 can just run around for a bit during cutscenes (and if they want to... they can beat up turners family as they're a different team xD)

This mod was made during a227... so if beta 1 changes maps... I... don't really have time to kinda update this...
