You can change parameters of every spawned character by selecting the characters spawn and pressing Ctrl+U

You can save out a new copy of the character that has its parameters altered by using prefabs:

1. Spawn the character, and set up whatever parameters you want
2. Select the character, and click Top Bar -> Edit -> Save Prefab...
3. Save it to somewhere convenient, where you will remember it

To add this to a different level:

1. Click Top Bar -> Load -> Load Item...
2. Find the prefab you saved out, and click to open it
3. Click inside the level to spawn your prefab

The newly spawn character should then have the attributes that you had previously set up
