I don't really think too much when I speak English, and since I've heard English from so many different sources I kind of have a mix between all those dialects and my own native language.

I should probably try harder when I speak English to sound less Swedish.

I don't think you should "try" to sound like anything but yourself... I personally like the way you speak, and don't see any reason to try to emulate anyone else... Honestly, I think just chatting with me on a regular basis will improve your natural flow (which is already fine) and will help with the small pronunciation issues...
