My personal favorite is that if you jump into a wall or the ground at practically any speed or height, and then somersault right before you hit it, it's almost always an insta-kill.

Another great one is getting the default NPCs in one map to fall through the ground.

The death thing is meant to be there. And he doesn't actually die he just faints. ;P
It might need to be a bit tweaked though.

But never mind the bugs, that video is hilarious! ^^
