Cant access the SPF

I preordered and clicked the SPF link from the preorder page but I don't have access. How do I get access?

You have the little banner under your username, so you have access.

You'd have a 'preorderer' tag if the account you're on now was assigned to your key. Are you absolutely positive you've done that?

I'll confirm it's been charged from my credit card and then contact them for help I suppose?

In the email you received there should be a link to your personal URL. On that page under "Now What?" and "1. Join the secret preorder forum" does it have your forum username listed?

For example, mine says "You should have SPF access under the name "Samusaaron3"."

If you haven't attached your forum account yet, please do so. If you accidentally attached a wrong forum name, shoot an email to [email protected] and they'll help you get it sorted out.

Mmm mine is similar. I'll give them an email and we'll sort it out. I'm not in any great hurry, I really just preordered after seeing how awesome their attention to detail is in their development and want to support that type of approach.
