I think it would be better if you use a sans serif font, maybe gray and a bit smaller in the "what's been up" descriptions

The only thing I would really improve is the main text, otherwise it's looking great.

yeah i agree that the font is a little funky. Also I think it would look nice if you could get the blog and maybe even forums to follow the style of everything else, I realize you are restricted by WordPress/phpBB, but it would be a great aesthetic improvement

I pretty much have nothing that hasn't been said that I see wrong with it. It's very nicely done, I think.

They will be themed after the design is finalized.

Regarding the text, are you guys on a Mac or PC? I am designing this on a Mac, so maybe the font is strange on Windows? Also, do you have any concrete suggestions of a better font?

I'm on a mac, and it's not that it look bad, only that in web pages (and other on-screen texts) it usually look better sans serif fonts (like arial or verdana) than serif fonts (like times or georgia), which are generally better suited for printed text.

also you could play with different sizes and shades of gray for the different kind of texts (like titles, subtitles, descriptions, etc)

very nice page never the less

Another thing... you may probably want to make the lugaru I movie preview better quality (you know, like with colors).

Thanks for the advice. I was of the belief that lots of text = serif and headlines = sans serif, but I guess that is just for print. I will throw up a few more fonts to see how it looks.

Changed it to use a sans serif font... What do you think? Also feel free to mess with the stylesheet (http://wolfire.com/new/main.css) if you want to try something new.

Imho links shouldn't be underlined.

Two things: 1) The 'Wolfire' text at the top is spaced a little too far apart and 2) I kinda miss the red sceheme, the brownish one is a little blah.

Besides that though, I see nothing wrong with it, good work so far 8)

I don't agree with the Wolfire text being spaced a bit too far apart, but what does that really matter anyway?
I agree with the preference of the old Wolfire theme, though.
