Trial Pay Option

Hey everyone, this would be my first post to the forums. 
Anyway I was just wandering if the Trial Pay option is going to come back on sometime between now and the end of February. If not I will gladly pre-order for $30.
Before you ask if I used search, or check yourself, please note I did use search and found a forum topic from October (I think). Anyway I tried re-posting roughly 2 days ago and it still hasn't been posted, so I'm just posting this here.
