Problem with grapic card

I looked at the game on youtube and really wanted to buy it but i had to check if it worked on my computer first so i downloaded from the internett. That was a good idea because the moment i tried to start the game it appered a error message saying that there was not found any grapic card to support shaders;. Then it said that i would create a shader fallback path and then a fatal error accured and the game ended. Im not good at games but i have al the system requirements and i have the right directx, if that matters. What can i do and what is wrong with my grapic card?

Sorry, we can't help you here, since other pirates would get help. If you want the game, and you plan on buying it, you might as well pre-order, and then we can help you(I know what the problem is), and if it doesn't work, you can wait until the devs fix it(which they eventually will), or you can get a refund easy-peasy if you so choose.

I think that's too harsh.

It sounds like his graphics card is one of those that's unable to run the game at all. Asking him to preorder the game before telling him that the game won't run on that computer is just about the worst kind of trolling I can think of.

I'm not very good at tech stuff, but as I said above, I think the most likely answer is that your graphics card doesn't have the technology required to run the game. Have you checked if your graphics card has been tested yet? Here's list of the cards that people have tested so far.

There are no graphic settings to speak of at the moment, so it's like if you can't change graphics away from "high". More advanced options are likely to be implemented at some point in the future. After that, more graphics card can run the game.

I've gotten that error before, exact same thing happened, it was an easy fix. I would help him, since he seems honest, and he seems like he will buy it if it works, but other pirates who won't buy it could see it too. You could be right though. Leokul97, what's your graphics card, I might be able to tell you if thats the problem or not.

I have the ATI Mobility Raedon HD 4650 so i don't it is my grapic card that is my problem. I can play games like Call of Duty black opps and lots of other games. i checked that site you gave me and the ATI Mobility Raedon HD 4500 should be able to handle the game

Yup, your graphics card is probably not the problem. If you buy the game, I can try and help, and if it doesn't work, you can return it, full refund, no harm done. I understand it is a hassle with the credit card stuff, but it's worth it.
